About Bryan

Bryan's path to health coaching was built in gyms and through the hardest personal battles of his life. Growing up in martial arts and basketball, he learned early that discipline, consistency, and mental toughness are the true foundations of physical performance. That foundation carried him through years of coaching and gym ownership, where he became a certified CrossFit trainer and CrossFit Kids trainer, working with athletes of all ages and backgrounds. But his most defining credential is personal. Bryan battled depression, and in fighting his way through it, he lost 115 pounds and rebuilt his life from the inside out. That experience gave him something no certification can — the ability to meet people exactly where they are and guide them through change that actually sticks. Since then, he has helped multiple clients each lose over 100 pounds, and he brings that same hands-on, results-driven approach to every person he works with. His areas of focus include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), metabolic disorders, and athletic longevity. Deeply passionate about strength training — particularly bodybuilding and powerlifting methodologies — he believes that building a strong body is one of the most powerful things a person can do for their long-term health. At Marek Health, Bryan works with people who are serious about optimizing how they look, feel, and perform — whether they're chasing a personal record, reclaiming their health, or finally feeling like themselves again.

Bryan's Spark Notes:

Philosophy and Approach

Bryan believes that lasting health transformation isn't built overnight — it's built in phases, one win at a time. Real change has to be sustainable. Instead of dramatic overhauls, Bryan works with clients to identify the highest-leverage changes first, build momentum, and layer in new habits as each phase takes hold. Progress that compounds always beats perfection that fades. Inspired by the mindset of strength legend and friend Mark Bell, Bryan is a firm believer in putting points on the scoreboard every single day. A better night of sleep, a cleaner meal, a lab value moving in the right direction — these moments matter, and acknowledging them fuels the consistency that drives real results. Bryan approaches health optimization holistically, recognizing that hormones, metabolism, training, recovery, and mindset are all interconnected. True optimization means addressing the full picture — and that's exactly what his clients get.

Personal Life

Outside of coaching, Bryan calls California home and can often be found on the open road aboard one of his Harley-Davidsons, out on the golf course, or at home with his two dogs — a Pitbull named Moe and a Chihuahua named Nugget.
